Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after we process your return (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please note that international refunds may take additional time to process due to bank processing times.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the item is available, we’ll ship it to you once we receive your return. If your preferred item is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote regions as noted in our shipping policy), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes for original shipments are non-refundable.
