All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Ted Baker piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories (Dresses, Skirts, T-shirts, Tops), all items are eligible for return unless:

  • Marked as final sale
  • Show clear signs of wear or damage

Return Process

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

International refunds may take additional processing time.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
